    Hey Big Spender!Tower FM winner

     

    Chelsea Joy, winner of Tower FM 'Hey Big Spender' competition came Burns Jewellers, B-Jewels store at The Rock, Bury and spent over £1,000 in 45 minutes. Purchases on her Christmas spending spree included Toy Watch and Pandora charms and bracelets.
