How do I care for my Pearls?
Cultured pearls are very delicate and can easily be scratched. So we recommend that you keep your pearls in a separate compartment in a jewellery box. We also suggest that as the Pearl Nacre is affected by the alcohol in perfume and hair spray so allow at least 5 minutes for vapour to disperse before pearls are worn. You should ALWAYS clean your pearls after wear by drawing them through a damp cloth. A pearl necklace or bracelet should be re-strung every 12 to 18 months and preferably knotted between each pearl to prevent wear and as added security should the silk break.
